First and foremost, I'm a mom to two gorgeous red-haired daughters. Next I'm a wife, cook, laundress, housekeeper, etc.

For a decade I worked as a respiratory tech in a large hospital. In the beginning of my career I used my job as inspiration for short stories. My greatest love, though, is the dark side of fiction.

I've been published dozens of times in the national magazine market, written revisions for instructional manuals in use with hand-held computers, and articles about my own life such as my battle with cancer.  I've published three books, two fictional novels and one "how-to" book about writing and marketing your short stories.

Currently I'm working on a novel that I'm having lots of fun with, in spite of its subject matter which can be rather caustic.  I hope to have this book finished by summer and at least have started the next book by this fall.

My long-term goal is to get rich. I don't care about fame and notoriety--I just want the money.
